Lovett Plumbing saved our Thanksgiving dinner preparations. Friday our basement revealed a water leak beginning to cover the floor. Water was running down a corner wall of the daylight basement. We called Lovett and their expert team went into action to consult and help solve the water leak. Innovative Leak Detection came out and revealed the spot of the broken pipe (buried in 2ft of dirt). On Monday, Lovett's Excavation team reviewed the area and on the same day a two-person expert Lovett team, with excavator, dump truck and everything needed to drain the water and carefully dig to the broken pipe. They turned the water off and went above and beyond to fix the broken pipe/hose. The Lovett team turned the water on and confirmed no more water leaking from the pipe/hose. They replaced the dirt and smoothed out the impacted area. The Lovett Plumbing is exceptionally skilled, efficient and diligent with what they did for us. We were so stressed the water leak showing up 7 days before Thanksgiving Day would ruin our family Thanksgiving gathering. Thank you for all you did for us.

I totally recommend you guys to go to Lovett for all of your plumbing needs, 💯 the best plumbing company ever! they were able to send a tech over within minutes from talking with them and it was great timing, I could tell they took my emergency seriously. Upon arrival, the tech was so professional and courteous, and Lanny had our drain cleared and working within minutes. He even cleaned my bathroom OMG he saved the day and did it with expert knowledge and professionalism! I've save them in my contacts for future reference!

Lovett charged $580 to fix absolutely nothing. I called them after the ice storm this past January, which caused some frozen pipes and drain issues for me and three of my neighbors in our condo building. A "drain specialist" was dispatched, but no plumber arrived even though it was clear we needed one.The drain issues were mostly handled by that point, but all of us had issues with either no water at all in our kitchen and bathroom sinks or no hot water. The "drain specialist" spent maybe 30 minutes between the four of our homes. He looked at our sinks and helped a few of us remove the faucet caps so we could rinse the sediment, but he had to use my pliers because he didn't even have tools with him. He said he couldn't help with anything else and there was really nothing to be done but wait till it warmed up and the water started running again. He told us to leave our hot water taps on (which actually caused problems with the pipes elsewhere in the building that had leaks). That's it. Then he left. We were billed for "drain cable cam/labor" and two other after hours drain dispatch fees. I realize it's more expensive because it's after hours--we expected that. But when I called to ask why we were being charged for a drain cable/cam when he didn't have so much as pliers let alone a drain cam, she couldn't explain it and just said that's the way they charge the drive time and labor. A neighbor called after I got nowhere and she still got the same nonsense answers. I will NEVER use them again. It seems so incredibly dishonest to charge $580 to solve exactly zero plumbing problems and actually create more issues on our property. An actual plumber from a different company came the next day and had water running in all of our sinks. Lovett is a joke.

We had an emergency frozen pipe situation and although we did not end up using Lovett plumbing but my interactions with their office staff (Sam and David specifically) when I called to schedule and then called to cancel the appointment were fantastic. They were sincere and caring and because of my interactions with them I will definitely keep them in mind for any future plumbing needs!

I highly recommend Lovett’s! We had a pipe freeze and burst after the latest ice storm that came through and we received a referral to Lovett’’s from a realtor friend. Their technician Doug got here as soon as he could and fixed the issue very quickly. The nicest surprise was their prices were very reasonable! I expected a surcharge because of the heightened demand like others do. I will be calling Lovett’s again for my future plumbing work.
